How shipping works

Orders are printed on demand by our US print partners. We do not hold warehouse stock.

Rates

• Under $49: US Standard flat rate $6.99
• Orders $49+: free US shipping

Timing

• Nest Letters: typically 8–10 business days production and ship before carrier delivery
• Wall prints: typically 5–8 business days production and ship before carrier delivery
• Nest Letter ships as a flat 5×7″ uncoated letter card · mailer-only (no separate envelope)
• Tracking email when the printer marks the order shipped

Holidays / delays

Print partners and carriers can slow during major US holidays. If your gift has a hard date, order early.

Wrong address

We print to the address entered at checkout. If that address is wrong, contact support@softkept.com as soon as you can. Once printed, we may not be able to stop or redirect the package.
