Nest Letters and Words to Keep prints are made to order with your words. We can’t accept returns for change of mind after printing starts.
We’ll make it right if
- Print quality is defective (blur, wrong crop, damaged in transit)
- Personalization doesn’t match what you entered (our or print-partner error)
- Wrong product sent
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll reprint or refund.
Not covered
- Typos you entered in personalization fields
- Changing the message after the order is in production
- Frame preferences (wall prints ship unframed unless a framed option is purchased)

Refund timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method in about 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
