Is this jewelry?

No. Soft Kept makes personalized letter cards and a wall print.

Who is it for?

You buy it. Someone you love reads it (daughter, granddaughter, or whoever you name).

Can I send it straight to them?

Yes. Use their shipping address at checkout, or ship to yourself to give in person.

How long does it take?

Printed in the US. Nest Letters typically 8–10 business days production and ship; wall prints 5–8. Then carrier transit.

What’s free shipping?

US orders $49 and up. Under $49, US Standard shipping is $6.99. The wall print at $54 qualifies for free shipping alone. Two letters at $39 each also qualify.

Can I return it?

Personalized prints aren’t returnable for change of mind. If it’s defective or we got the personalization wrong, we’ll reprint or refund. See Returns.

Frame included?

Wall prints ship unframed.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. Soft Kept ships within the United States only.

How do I reach support?

What arrives with a Nest Letter?

A flat 5×7″ uncoated letter card · mailer-only (no separate envelope). Printed in the US with their name and your words.
